So I'm sitting at work, like this very moment, NOT answering phone calls (because we're not getting any) and NOT filing tickets (because I can't file tickets if I don't get calls, now can I?) and I realize: I'm bored as hell. : | Ahhhh, LJ , the constant companion to boredom.

I'm sure no one cares, but I did get a new job. :3 I call it my ACEN job, since that is so completely the only reason I'm working at all: To pay for cosplays. >3 Isn't that the reason jobs exist at all? (Whaddya mean, that's ridiculous? D: You're ridiculous!) Still, spring break starts on Friday and I'm thoroughly excited. >3 Why? Two reasons:

WATCHMEN! :D AHHHH! *squeak!* We plan to have a gigantic gathering of all of my friends to mob the theatre and have general nerd moments as we watch our epic superhero movie. >3 That's just a Nerd Committee tradition, mobbing the theatre for superhero movies. <3

AND

Home for a week! :D That part isn't so exciting, since I'm forced away from my friends at school and thrown to my parents to play peacekeeper for their constant squabbles for a week. D: That part isn't so epic. The epic part is that my new wigs Ame-Warashi and Yachiru are sitting on my desk, waiting to be styled. ^____^ Ohhhh, I hope I don't ruin them! D: I need to make a deadline to hear back from my potential costumer, since if she can take my project to make my Ame dress, I've gotta get the money to pay her! XD Otherwise, I'm buying from China. : | Goooo cheap and low-quality goods. Meh, I figure I'll survive either way. <3

So much ACEN work to be done~! Gotta get contact with my room buddies and get money set up, since it's not actually my name on the room reservation (rather it's my completely rude but resourceful friend who had the cash to drop when Hyatt opened the block D: ) so somehow I have to get 6 people to agree to pay me when I can't see any of them in person. ^^ Fuuuuuun tiiiiiiiimes. It'll work out though, and ACEN is going to be E-PIC. :D Although I do wish more people were going~ ;_; So many people dropping out because of the early date this year~ Tragic~

So I've lately gotten back into WoW (lately being about last September) since I've made friends at school who play AND ARE ACTUALLY GOOD! D: Zomg, so rare. Plus, they're not worthless nerds who pester me until I hit 80, and they helped me quite a lot to get m warlock to 70. :3 However, I've been playing WoW on and off since about 2005, and I never got to 60 until now, so I never bought Burning Crusade. Funny enough, I finally bought it 5 days before the release of Wrath of the Lich King. XD So while everyone was grinding 70-80, I was toying around in the Outlands, getting 60-70 all by myself. :3 Quite enjoyable leveling all alone, but once I got 70...I was stuck. D: I couldn't nearly afford WotLK after just buying BC for $20 and buying a new time card for $30, plus not having a job till really recently. >_<

So for the last 3 months, I've been toddling around on my 70 lock, getting mass loads of achievements (I'm Ambassador Chocomint now :D) and doing basically useless shit while all my friends ran heriocs without me. D: I was lonely. But I was about to take a nap today since I didn't get much sleep and RIGHT when I was laying down, I get a text. : | I swear that always happens. So I roll over and it's from my friend John and he's asking where I am. Pretty unusual considering we really don't see each other much and he never comes over, so I tell him I'm just laying around. XD He tells me to come outside because he has something to give me ("I has an item for you", he says XD) so I go outside my building, no shoes cause it's so nice tonight, and he pulls up on his weasely little green motorcycle. :P (Skinny black nerds riding bright green motorcycles=Constant amusement) He gets off the cycle and comes trotting over to me, puts down his backpack...and whips out WotLK. : | 

Now, I don't take expensive presents from friends since it tends to set a bad precedent since you never know who'll expect something in return, so I tried to turn him down. D: He wasn't having it, and he says he got it for $10 at Circuit City. XD TEN DOLLARS!? That's the best deal I've ever heard of! So, I'm totally the happiest girl in the world right now, with my shiny new copy of WotLK and I'll be topping the guild ranking anytime now. :B

So I made the exact same mistake last year as I did the year before it: Paying inordinate amounts of attention to Facebook and therefore ignoring my wonderful, lovely LJ. XD I'm sorry, journaaaaal~ I love you and I'll never leave you again. ;_;

Anyway, I really only came back to keep track of someone that I otherwise couldn't reach, so LJ proves more useful than Facebook yet again. :P As for me...well...nothing's up. XD There's never a damn thing going on with me, even in the year that it's been since I've written a journal entry.

I'm still boyfriendless (as I'll probably be forever since I'm so damn picky, or so says my mother), still a hopeless techie who can't survive a day without an electronic nearby, but now I'm going to school for it! :D Ahhhh, one day I'll get paid ridiculous amounts of money to slap stupid people upside the head and say "You're doing it wrong, gimme that" while they fuss around futily on their computers. Ahhhhhhhh, bliss. ^_^ Man, what I wouldn't do to own a computer business called "You're doing it wrong" XD

I'm trying to get into cosplaying now though, even though I'm little late for the bandwagon. ^^ I'm, of course, crashing ACEN 09 cause ACEN's the shit and a horde of raging bulldogs couldn't keep me from it. I don't...actually...really know how or what to do with cosplaying besides buy a pretty costume (I'm a beginner, have mercy, I can't make my own shit yet D:) and go in character all day. :D Sounds like the best three days of my life.

So...yeah. XP That's my current situation in a nutshell. I need to get a new cell phone since I think the customary 2 years on mine is up, and it's beginning to show whenever I try to charge the damn thing. D: But still...I love my EnV! T_T That damned EnV2 is completely moronic looking and boxy and stupid and I wouldn't be caught dead hulking it around. I keep thinking "Hey, I should get an iPhone" but then my voice of reason pops up and goes "But hey, AT&T fucking sucks and isn't worth all the money you'll be paying for your substantial data plan : |" I mean, what's the brilliance of an iPhone if you can't access half of the apps because you lack a data plan? D: WEAK. AT&T can suck it, and I'm going Verizon phone shopping soon. XD Zai jian! (Oh, and I took Chinese last semester XD)

So like, I feel kinda guilty that I haven't updated in forever. D:

So like, I went to Detroit for New Year's to visit people and ya know how you eat a shitload when you go on vacation? :D Gained 5 pounds, oh yeah, I'm fat. XD Exercised it all off though, so I'm nice and back to my regular weight now. :3

Funny thing is, I told my fat friend that I gained 5 pounds and she like, freaked out. >_> Like I'd done something really bad...doesn't that make her a hypocrite!? XD She's fat as hell, asking ME how the hell I gained 5 pounds in a week! Whatev, I'll totally let it go...this time. >_>

Nothing exciting happening. D: 'Tis business as usual at the library and I've been hangin' around PChats more often. Some of those places are NASTY. D: I was in one that Roll mentioned earlier and there was like, this guy drawing this ongoing furry porn in the corner. o_0 Roll and me were like "DO NOT WANT, KTHX" and split. XD

Oh yeah, I got a Sony eReader for Christmas. :D Omg, more rockin' invention since the iPod, kthx. (Since even my 60-year old Dad admits the iPod tops sliced bread as the best invention of all time. XD He says it ties with the wheel though.)

Wish I had a cool exciting life that people would be interested to read. XD Like some people...*long glare at friends list* >_________>

It's like, drawing sounds like fun, till I remember you hafta actually draw something LEGIBLE. Also, scribbles don't count as abstract. Neither do massive amounts of hearts and mini dresses on my credit receipts. (I swear, they just appear) Also, I'm dead sick of my giraffe icon. D: So I'm changing it. Take that, The Man.

I'm currently tryin' to sell the gigantic amount of manga that I bought in my pre-teen years on eBay. I sold a few off to obsessive but sadly not very wealthy friends and I need to be rid of ALL of them. They are dusty, they are boring, they are many and they are hoggin' mah space. D:

Oh, and about 3 months ago, I got my hair braided for summer camp and I'm JUST now taking it down. I got it washed and under control today but it was certainly a battle. D: So much pain...so many tangles...I'll have nightmares, you watch.

Whoo, got another job. :3 A nice one at the library, which is apparently more sought after than I originally (or ever) would have thought. :O Why would so many people wann work at a damn library? >_> I mean, it is just a library...right? >_>

My birthday was also last Monday (like, the 27th, not the 3rd) and it rocked solid. :3 Got my first real surprise EVER (no one ever tries to surprise me, I always see through it) courtesy of mah Daddy and mah Mommy. (Mommy for the money, Daddy for the lying) XD Okay, SO, I'm hangin' out cause I have to wait for my Mom to come home from work at 5 before we can go anywhere and my Dad keeps going on about how my Mom has to pick up a $500 hold that she had on a car at this dealership in a nearby town. 'Course, there seemed nothing wrong with the story, except how he kept saying it as if it was really important, which it didn't sound like. But I'm not very smart so I paid no attention to that. XD

So my Mom gets home and my Dad comes right up to her and insists we go to get her $500, so we pile in the car and hit the road for an out-of-town dealer where I recalled my Mother looking for a Prius to buy. So we pull up in the parking lot and I so fell asleep and when I got out of the car, I accidently left my glasses in the cup holder but I'm like "Whatever, I'll be right back anyway" so we go into the dealership, all of us, my parents and my sisters as well, also weird. If Mother needed her money, she could have just gone in, gotten it, and avoided the trouble of dragging the rest of us. As usual, didn't pay attention to that little fact. XD So my Dad goes back to a vending machine, looks around the corner, comes back and says he wants us to come look at something.

Now, let me note here that I believe myself to be a magnificent liar. (Years of practice, ya know? :3) In fact, I believe myself to be the best liar I know, BAR ONE. MY FATHER. He is the coolest, most compossed liar I know. o_0 It's flawless how he lies, and a little frightening. Anyway, we follow him to see what he wants us to see so badly, and we walk down a hallway to an adjacent garage where people pull cars into the dealership and oh dear god, I don't even correctly remember most of what happened next because my brain just locked up. But right in that garage, all ribboned and ballooned up, was a bright blue, shiny, new Honda Fit. Now while my parents were yelling Happy Birthday, my mind was desperately trying to piece together what was happening. Constant pessimism has a problem with not believing really good things when they happen. I thought for a moment, thought maybe my father had bought it for my mother? Maybe it was for someone else? Why on earth did they want me to see it if it was someone else's? They had to tell me, to my face, that it really belonged to me. XD They're still teasing me about how long it took me to grasp that fact.

So, moral of the story: I got a car for my birthday. :3 An absolutely beautiful, perfect-in-every-way car that I adore.

Oh, and by the way, I'm addicted to FFXII. o_o It finally came into Blockbuster (it's been out everytime I've checked) and I snapped it up like overdue alimony. XD That game's pimpster as hell. :3

WOW, tons to tell. XD Just back last night from my trip to Chicago (and I mean like, we pulled into the driveway at a lil before midnight. XD We just, dragged each other inside.) Of course, I can't help being painfully funny D: (painful for me, funny for them) the whole time, so I have plenty to tell.

Breeeeee~ Anesaa spent the night at my house last night after her student orientation, twas funny. XD We went to IHOP and TRIED to come home and stay awake after having a T-Bone steak and 3 sides EACH. It wasn't happening. We watched Cars and she was snoring before the first 30 minutes and I didn't even realize I'd fallen asleep until my Mom came down asking for computer help and I noticed the movie was suddenly in a totally different place! XD Mom's taking Business Law classes, she wants a degree in Business so she can have her own practice. But we (Anesaa and I) had a marvelous time together. ;_; We played DDR on my pimpster metal mat (I swear, it's squishier since she played it. XD I think she mashed it a little...) and tried to watch Pirates, fell asleep on that. ;_;

Ha, camp in 4 weeks. XD I'm scared all over again~ I won't even know anyone there~ ;_; Plus I have to get SO much money together to pay for half cause I'm supposed to be semi-dependent by now. HOW WILL I EVER HANDLE ADULTHOOD!?!

:D I got new glasses. Transitions too~ If I lose them, Mom will kill me. >_>

Tee hee, took Lady for a walk today. It was soooo fun and I didn't even wanna go. XD It was my Mom's whole "I'm gonna act like you don't have to come, but I really control you so do as I say, puppet >3" act. XD I'm just a useless puppet, so sue me. But we took a good walk in this park next to the Water Treatment Center, although it's incidentally not full of nucleur waste. :O It was nice and I lurved it~ Then we wentto Walgreens and bought Lady a bottle of water, along 3 more for us. XD They were like, 4/3.00. She was panting and begging and being such a BABY, we just had to get her something to drink. <3

Reading Angel Sanctuary again with the wonderous help of the interweb. :3 No more bookstore stops for meeee~

My little sister, who has previously refused to remember to keep her foot off the dashboard when I drive us to school has wrecked my life. In an instant. I WILL be sick. When we were in the McDonald's parking lot, she tried to kill a bug on the windshield...with her foot...and cracked the windshield. The windshield on a VOLVO is cracked. EVERYTHING about a Volvo repair is patronizingly expensive!! I'M GONNA DIE!

Oopsie, no entries since March! And it's mid-April! D: Oh my!

Okay, update, hmmm...Oh, I did attend my HBCU (Historically Black College and University) Tour and I would give the entire affair about a B-. D: I had two very loud, very flirtatous roommates, both named Jasmine. Meaning I had to stay awake until 2 am for them to come stumbling back to the room, demanding that I come dashing to the door to let them in. Key plz? D: Fools. Still, the colleges were magnificent, although I wouldn't consider attending any of them. D: Sorry, I hate the South.

Saw Meet the Robinsons in 3-D today. OMG AMAZING MOVIE. o_O Freakin BEST DISNEY MOVIE like ever. Maybe besides Shrek. D: And The Incredibles. I think Meet the Robinsons and Incredibles tie. D: But soooooooo good, I wanna see it again right now. XD The 3-D was amazing too, very realistic. :3 High five, John Lasseter.

I think those Esurance commercials are growing on me. XD

New couches. Mmm, stain-resistant suede. ^^

I'm considering moving into a studio room once I move out, I've seen ads for ones with their own kitchen and bathroom. :O Fawesome. I may need a roommate though~

I am in the middle of watching Pulp Fiction on demand right now, since I have heard so much about it from other people (including my own mother) but I have never seen it. So far, I think I love it. It is sooo crazy and skiddish and never quite stays on the same subject for the amount of time you would think. Also, Samuel L Jackson is terrifying~ *giggle*

Also, I watched V for Vendetta earlier as well, but this was the second time I have seen it. I rented it before, but a racist girl with a weird shaped head at my old school liked it, so I was pretty bent on hating it. Still, I watched it again and, voila, I love it. I should go movie shopping soon. <3
